Dental insurance is separate from medical insurance. Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. To better understand the benefits made available as part of your coverage, please review the insurance booklet provided by your employer. The patient payment portion for endodontic procedures varies depending on the coverage administered by your insurance plan.
At the time of your treatment, we will provide you with an estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits. As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance claims. This does not transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to your insurance company. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, you will be billed the difference, or will be issued a refund based on the discrepancy. We accept all dental insurances; however, we are participating providers in Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna Radius, and United Healthcare.
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
