We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore full payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and CitiHealth.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (508) 872-4897. Many times, a simple phone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For our patients benefit, we do offer Care Credit and CitiHealth, a payment plan option offered by an outside financial group. If interested in this option, please inquire with the front desk staff and they can assist you with the forms. Additional information is available on their Web sites at www.carecredit.com and www.citicards.com. Additionally, patients can go to their websites, fill out the patient application and receive an immediate decision.
