We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore full payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For our patients benefit, we do offer Care Credit, a payment plan option offered by an outside financial group. If interested in this option, please inquire with the front desk staff and they can assist you with the forms. Additionally, patients can go to www.carecredit.com, fill out the patient application and receive an immediate decision.
